1. Cooling-off period (Days 1–7)

Within 7 days of enrollment, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. No questions, no forms, no friction. Just email us.

The only condition: you've attended 2 or fewer live sessions by that point. We're trying to prevent program-shopping, not punish people who've genuinely tried it.

2. Pro-rated refund window (Days 8–30)

Between days 8 and 30, you can cancel and receive a refund based on what's been delivered:

• Days 8–14: 75% refund
• Days 15–21: 50% refund
• Days 22–30: 25% refund

3. After 30 days

No cash refunds. However, if you can no longer continue due to:

• Medical emergency
• Family emergency (bereavement, caregiver responsibility)
• Job loss or significant employment change
• Other genuine hardship

…we'll defer you to any future cohort within 12 months, no extra fee. Just talk to us.

4. Cohort transfers

Want to switch cohorts before yours starts? Free, anytime up to 7 days before your cohort begins. After that, ₹2,000 transfer fee.

5. Track changes

If you decide a different track suits you better:

• Within first 14 days: switch freely (you'll join the next cohort of the new track)
• After 14 days: switch possible but no fee transfer — you'd start the new track's cohort fresh and pay the fee for it

6. What's not refundable

• External certification fees (CSM, etc.) — those are paid directly to the certifying body
• Add-on services purchased separately (1:1 career coaching beyond what's included, etc.)

7. How to request a refund

Email cohorts@aidenaitechnologies.com with:

• The email you enrolled with
• Your cohort name/start date
• Whether you want a refund or a transfer

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with how a refund request was handled, email hello@aidenaitechnologies.com for review. We'll respond within 5 business days.
